MUMS & BUBS CLASSES
Our Little Adventurers Babies is a 30min dance class designed for parents and caregivers of babies and their babies in a carrier! The class is custom-made for our adult participants to feel part of a community, all whilst connecting with their babies (in a carrier) through dance! As with our DD values, we encourage a safe and inclusive space to connect with your newborn but keep active as newborn mothers/caregivers at the same time!
You'll be seeing elements of jazz, light aerobics, some ballet barre inspo and just general fun dance grooves to get active and moving!
A MUMS AND BUBS CLASS LIKE NO OTHER!
Forget all the baby songs.... we'll have a curated playlist with fun upbeat tracks, where some weeks you'll hear themed playlists like Spice Girls or 80s (suggestions welcome)! We aim to help you get moving and grooving - whatever that may look like. We know this time in your life is so special, but at the same time everyone works at a different paces with a newborn, so we will always encourage lots of breaks and provide alternatives!

Our 30 minutes mums & bubs dance classes is a space for connection and movement while securely holding your baby close! All while engaging with a kind and welcoming community to move and groove with. There is also a cafe nearby and some time afterwards to meet and greet alike Inner West Mums... a beautiful space to share with others :)

Do you have a toddler who’s always on the move?
Our Little Adventurers class is a 30-minute action-packed dance experience designed for curious and energetic explorers aged 18 months to 3 years—and their parents! Stepping onto the dance floor can feel like a big adventure, so you’re invited to join in, move, and explore alongside your little one.
And what’s an adventure without the right tools? We use props with purpose, helping children learn through play while discovering the world around them—an essential part of early childhood development. One week, you and your child might be soaring through space, the next, performing daring circus acts or diving into an underwater wonderland! With a focus on movement, learning, and imagination, every class is a new journey waiting to unfold!

We believe children learn best when immersed in exciting, dynamic experiences, so we’ve crafted fast-paced lessons that inspire discovery at every turn. Can you accommodate different abilities?
We appreciate the unique differences of every child and believe that anyone and everyone should be able to benefit from dance. If you have concerns or would like to discuss the needs of your child further and how we can give them the best experience possible, then just get in touch with us!
What do we wear?
Our Little Adventurers are free to dress to express themselves as they see fit. We recommend comfy clothes that kids can move about in, such as a leotard or top, and either shorts, leggings or a skirt.
Where are you located?
Our classes are conveniently located in the inner west at our purpose-built St Peters studio. Located at Studio 4, 1-7 Unwins Bridge Rd, we share the same complex as the Sydney Rockclimbing Gym and Trapeze School. Head in the driveway, look for the white sign, follow the ramp down and turn right. There’s plenty of parking too and a café on-site too!
Should I stay during the class?
Some schools don’t allow parents to watch during classes, other schools ensure that parents stay. We say – “whatever works for you works for us!” Some children are able to get more out of their class times when they’re not able to see their loved ones… others are more relaxed knowing that they’re around. Feel free to talk to your class teacher if you are unsure! A lot of our Little Adventurer parents love to drop their children off, see them start off the class, then duck to the on-site café for a moment of quiet time before they return for the end of the class.
I really want to join, but we can’t make these class times!
